Report a mistake in the content

Every topic, question and case in the app has a Report an error button. It sends us the screen you were on, so you do not need to describe where to look. Reports about medical content are checked against the original sources.

You can also email us with the topic name and what you think is wrong.

Account and sign-in

If you cannot sign in, use Forgot password on the sign-in screen. If that does not work, email us from the address on your account.

A free account opens the full topic library, the OSCE Case Bank and Exam Mode. You can browse a preview without one.

Your data

You can delete your account and its data from Settings in the app. To ask for a copy of your data or for help with deletion, email us from the address on your account. See the Privacy Policy for what we collect.
