Indications include selected refractory/recurrent/progressive primary HLH and HLH/MAS in known/suspected Still disease after inadequate glucocorticoid response/intolerance or recurrent MAS. Not blanket approval for every secondary HLH. Screen TB/infection, consider indicated prophylaxis and monitor reactivation.
