Resuscitation Council UK — Emergency treatment of anaphylactic reactions

Give adult epinephrine 0.5 mg IM from 1 mg/mL solution and repeat at about five minutes for persistent ABC compromise. Refractory reactions need expert monitored IV infusion and fluids; adjuncts do not replace epinephrine.
