Overall mortality RR 1.02 (95% CI 0.97–1.08), with no demonstrated ventilation/ICU-stay benefit. AKI and rehabilitation subgroup findings are not causal proof or a universal dose prescription; heterogeneity and subgroup limitations inform low editorial certainty.
